Where is Nam Phuong Lau located?
Nam Phuong Lau is located at No. 19 Nguyen Thi Dieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. You will find a map with directions at the bottom of every page on this website, or you can tap the “Directions” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
How do I book a table?
Is my table confirmed once I submit the form?
Not yet. The form on the website is a booking request. Our staff will contact you to confirm the table, the time and any special requests. A booking is only effective once confirmed. If you have not heard from us after a while, please call 1900 0001.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Please call our hotline 1900 0001 as early as you can. Advance notice lets us rearrange seating and serve other guests who are waiting.
Do you have private rooms for groups?
Yes. Nam Phuong Lau has a range of VIP and SVIP rooms of different capacities, suitable for family celebrations, company gatherings or business entertaining. You can view photographs of each room on the VIP Rooms page, then call our hotline so we can recommend the right room for your party size.
Where can I see the menu and prices?
On the home page, the Menu section is grouped into Appetizers, Seafood, Main Courses, Hot Pot, Beer & Soft Drinks and Wine & Spirits. Tap View full menu to open the complete menu book without leaving the website. Prices shown are for reference; the prices that apply are those listed at the restaurant when you dine.
What if I have a food allergy or follow a vegetarian diet?
Please tell our staff before you order. Our kitchen will suggest suitable dishes or adjust the preparation where possible. If you have a serious allergy, please mention it when you book so we can prepare in advance.
What are your opening hours?
Service hours may differ at weekends, on public holidays and during Tet. Before visiting, please call 1900 0001 to confirm the opening hours for the exact day you plan to come.
Is parking available?
Please call our hotline 1900 0001 before you arrive and our staff will point you to the most convenient parking area, particularly during peak hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Please call 1900 0001 to check the payment methods currently accepted, or ask our staff when you arrive.
Do you run any promotions?
Yes. Promotions and events are published in the Events section of this website. Each programme has its own conditions and validity period; unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
