This policy applies to our website and online forms. By using the website you confirm that you have read and understood the following.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide

  • When booking a table: full name, phone number, email address, party size, expected date and time, and any special requests you enter in the form;
  • When applying for a job: the information contained in the application you send to our recruitment email address (name, contact details, work experience and anything else you choose to include);
  • When contacting us: the content of your correspondence by email, hotline, Zalo or our social media channels.

Data collected automatically

  • IP address, device type, operating system and browser;
  • Pages viewed, time and duration of visits, and the source that referred you to the website;
  • The display language you selected.

We do not collect and never ask you to enter bank card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal data through the website.

3. How we use your data

  • To receive, confirm and arrange your table reservations;
  • To contact you to confirm, amend or remind you of a booking;
  • To answer enquiries, receive feedback and handle complaints;
  • To review job applications and contact candidates;
  • To send information about offers and events where you have agreed to receive it;
  • To measure traffic and analyse aggregated behaviour in order to improve the website and our service;
  • To measure advertising performance and show relevant advertising on third-party platforms;
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent fraud and spam.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of: your consent; the necessity of performing the service you requested (such as a reservation); our legitimate interest in operating and improving our service; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and measurement tools

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and measure performance. Specifically:

  • Functional cookies: remember the display language you chose and help speed up page loading;
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which show us which content visitors are interested in;
  • Advertising cookies: Google Ads, Facebook Pixel (Meta) and TikTok Pixel, used to measure campaign performance and display relevant advertising.
  • First-party analytics: we record page views, referral source, device, display language, scroll depth, time on page and notable actions (tapping the hotline, opening the menu, submitting the booking form). This data is stored on the website’s own server. We do not store full IP addresses (only a truncated form such as 115.77.185.0) and we do not record what you type into forms.

If you enable “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” in your browser, our first-party analytics will automatically stop recording your visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block functional cookies, parts of the website may not work as expected.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only in the following cases:

  • Within the restaurant: staff responsible for reservations, customer care and recruitment, only as far as needed to serve you;
  • Technical service providers: our website hosting provider, email delivery service, the online spreadsheet service used to manage the reservation list, and the spam-filtering tool for our forms;
  • Measurement and advertising platforms: Google, Meta and TikTok, through the cookies described in Section 5;
  • Location lookup service: to know which province or city visitors come from, we send the truncated address range (not your full IP) to the ipwho.is service;
  • Competent state authorities where there is a lawful request.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above host their servers outside Vietnam. When these services are used, your data may be processed abroad under each provider’s own privacy policy.

8. Retention periods

  • Reservation details are kept for as long as needed to serve and reconcile the booking, then deleted or anonymised;
  • Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can consider you for suitable roles, unless you ask us to delete them earlier;
  • Analytics data is retained according to each measurement tool’s default settings.
  • First-party analytics data is kept for a maximum of 180 days, after which it is deleted automatically.

9. Data security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to limit unauthorised access, and restrict data access to staff who genuinely need it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; please consider this before sending sensitive information by email or message.

10. Your rights

In respect of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Know what data is being processed and for what purpose;
  • Give or withdraw your consent at any time;
  • Request access to, correction of or an update to inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
  • Object to the use of your data for advertising purposes;
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent state authority.

11. Children’s data

The website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we discover that we have received a child’s data without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it.

The website contains links and embedded content from third parties such as maps, the digital menu book and social networks. This privacy policy does not apply to those websites; please refer to their own policies.
